CSUSM is committed to ensuring that the campus web environment is accessible to everyone, especially those with disabilities. If you are experiencing an accessibility barrier, we want to know about it!

This form is intended to be used by individuals with disabilities to report any barriers experienced on a CSUSM digital space (www.csusm.edu sites, Cougar Courses, etc).
