 INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE REVIEWED

 

 To complete your application, you should have the following information and documents available and ready to upload with your application:

1. Information for the most recent tax year (2022 or 2023):                                                           

 

a. Independent Student (typically age 24+, married, emancipated minor, veteran, or parent providing over half of child(ren)’s support): Print, complete, and upload the Income Verification Form. Additionally, upload a copy of your tax documents (IRS tax form 1040, page 1).                                                                                                                                                                                                         

b. Dependent Student (younger than 24, unmarried): Your parents' tax information is reported on the FAFSA. Print the Verification Form and ensure your parent signs and completes it. Be prepared to upload the signed and completed form. Additionally, you'll need to upload a copy of your parent's tax documents (IRS tax form 1040, page 1).

3. All students must print, complete, and upload the Income Verification Form. 
 

4. Dependent Student (Between the ages of 17 -24 and, unmarried) – Your parent must sign the application. An application without a parent's signature will be deemed incomplete.

 

5.  If applicable,  upload a copy of Disability Verification.
 

Please ensure that files or documents submitted are in PDF, Microsoft Word, or JPEG format. Any other file formats will render your application incomplete. Double-check that digital files have clear images and that information is not cropped out.
