Banner Space Reservation Form
The USU permits student organizations and campus departments to request to hang banners in select areas of the building. Banners provide a great way to promote organizations and events to campus community members. At this time, banner requests for off-campus entities will not be accepted. The USU reserves the right to schedule banners according to operational needs.

Banners will be reviewed to ensure appropriate content and messages are conveyed. The Student Union reserves the right to deny any request submitted. By submitting your reservation you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to our policies.
